At Maison Soleyah, quality is a concrete commitment.

Each creation is crafted from 304 or 316L stainless steel and undergoes rigorous inspection before shipment.

Our jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase , covering exclusively manufacturing defects.

Duration and scope

The warranty applies for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers only defects related to manufacturing or assembly.

It does not constitute a guarantee against natural wear and tear.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers exclusively:

– Structural defect in the clasp
– Welding problem
– Abnormal chain breakage under normal usage conditions
– Obvious assembly defect
– Structural defect on a fixed element

A manufacturing defect refers to a problem present from the outset and independent of the conditions of use.

Regarding the gold finishes

18K gold plating is applied to a stainless steel base.

A gradual fading of the color may occur over time depending on:

– the frequency of wearing
– from contact with water
– the skin's pH
– exposure to chemicals
– repeated friction

This natural evolution does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Any abnormally rapid deterioration may be studied on a case-by-case basis.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover:

– Normal wear and tear from daily wear
– Micro-scratches or superficial marks
– Damage caused by salt water, chlorine, or chemicals
– Damage caused by excessive traction, impact, or improper handling
– The loss of a piece of jewelry or an item
– Modifications made by a third party

Personalized creations (Charm Bar) are covered only in case of assembly defects.

International shipments

In the event of a proven manufacturing defect:

– Maison Soleyah will take care of replacing the jewelry.
– Shipping arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and proportionate solution.

Taxes, customs fees or administrative fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

The House reserves the right to offer a credit note when this is a more suitable solution.

Conditions of application

All requests must be made within 12 months of purchase.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Maison Soleyah reserves the right to:

– to demand detailed photographs
– to assess the conformity of the application
– to request the return of the jewelry in question
– to accept or reject a request if the conditions are not met

The guarantee does not constitute an automatic right to replacement or refund.
