Guarantee

At Maison Soleyah, quality is a concrete commitment. Each creation is designed in 304 or 316L stainless steel and undergoes rigorous inspection before shipping.

Our jewelry benefits from a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt of the order, exclusively covering manufacturing defects. This warranty takes over after the first 14 days, which are covered by our [right of withdrawal](link to return policy).

 

Duration and Scope

The warranty applies for 12 months from the date of receipt of the order and covers only defects related to manufacturing or assembly. It does not constitute a guarantee against natural wear and tear.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty exclusively covers:

  • Structural defect of the clasp.
  • Welding problem.
  • Abnormal chain breakage under normal use conditions.
  • Obvious assembly defect.
  • Structural defect on a fixed element.

A manufacturing defect refers to a problem present from the outset, independent of the conditions of use.

 

Regarding Gold Finishes

The 18K gold plating is applied to a stainless steel base. A gradual fading of the shade may occur over time depending on the frequency of wear, contact with water, skin pH, exposure to chemicals, and repeated friction.

This natural evolution does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Any abnormally rapid alteration may be examined on a case-by-case basis.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use.
  • Micro-scratches or superficial marks.
  • Damage related to salt water, chlorine, or chemical products.
  • Damage caused by excessive pulling, shock, or improper handling.
  • Loss of a piece of jewelry or an element.
  • Modifications made by a third party.

Custom creations (Charm Bar) are covered only in case of assembly defect.

Resolution and International Shipments

In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, Maison Soleyah will cover the repair or exchange of the jewelry for the same model. If neither of these two solutions is possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and proportionate solution. Taxes, customs duties, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions of Application

Any request must be made within 12 months following receipt of the order. Valid proof of purchase is mandatory. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Maison Soleyah reserves the right to request detailed photographs, evaluate the conformity of the request, request the return of the jewelry concerned, and accept or refuse a request if the conditions are not met.

The warranty does not constitute an automatic right to repair, exchange, or refund.

Procedure

To make a request, write to support@maisonsoleyah.com, stating your order number, a precise description of the problem, and clear photographs of the jewelry.

After analysis, Maison Soleyah may propose a repair, an exchange for the same model, or a refund to the original payment method if the first two solutions are impossible.
