What materials are Maison Soleyah jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with 18K gold plating for the gold models.

They are water and sweat resistant, do not darken and are generally well tolerated by sensitive skin.

Can I swim with my jewelry on?

Stainless steel can withstand fresh water and everyday humidity.

However, to preserve the shine of the 18K gold plating over time, we recommend avoiding prolonged baths, chlorinated pools and salt water.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions and chemicals in order to preserve the plating.

How to choose the right size?

The majority of our rings are adjustable (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

The necklaces and bracelets have a 6cm extension chain.

The bangles are currently only available in one size (see product page for details).

If you have a very thin or very wide wrist, or require a specific length (child, special fit), please contact us directly after placing your order: we can adjust the length free of charge before shipping.

Order & payment

Can I modify or cancel my order?

No changes or cancellations are possible directly from the customer account.
For any urgent requests, please contact us via the contact page within one hour of placing your order.
Once the payment has been captured (approximately 1 hour after validation), no cancellation will be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop.

Is the payment secure?

All transactions are protected by an encrypted and secure payment system.

Delivery

What are the shipping times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours depending on the models ordered.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Canada, the United States, and most European countries.

Are there any customs fees?

Customs fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the client.

Returns, exchanges & warranty

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

We do not accept returns for refunds.

Can I exchange a piece of jewelry?

An exchange is possible provided that the jewelry is unworn and in perfect condition.

What to do in case of a defect?

All our jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Charms & Personalization Bar

How does the Charms Bar work?

Some necklaces, bracelets, rings and bandanas can be personalized with a minimum and maximum number of charms, indicated on each product page.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Production typically begins a few hours after order confirmation. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page.
